This is slightly off topic. But Joe Rogan basically saved my life, I had been on medication for seizures and adhd since a teenager under some program the high school I went to recommended. From there life had been ok, I was far from a happy young man though. I started listening to Joe Rogan everyday about a year and half ago. I had become comfortable with not being okay to cope. Then through a happy accident I began taking action and following the Joe Rogan diet Wild Venison, Steak, Eggs, sometimes yogurt sometimes fruit sometimes veggies. And within one month I no longer needed as high a dose of medication. The DR was able to cut my dose in half. Within Six months I started training Martial Arts. My Self Confidence Grew. My Discipline Increased. I was not hungry except after a hardworkout in the AM and then my night time of meats. One year later, im medication free. I beleive the food caused the seziures and in return I was so focused on not getting a seziure that i couldn’t focus. I beleive our food is posion, I feel my best when I eat things not from tthe grocery store. So Joe Rogan thank you honestly man listening to you and truly listening changed my life. The proof is in the results. I love all you guys and success is in your reach I beleive in you.
I had a feeling we’d be getting a visit from Mike at some point soon. I can’t wait to hear what his kids Cumstain, Frig Pig, and Benihana Bill have been up to.
