Under the age of 18 you cannot sign a legally binding agreement without a parent/gaurden cosigning it with you. The perpetrator has no legal recourse.

NDA’s DO NOT protect against anything Illegal. If you have signed one you are still protected by the law.

In 2014, Chicago PD did an episode where they busted a pedo ring between Chicago and NY.
It was a tv show yes, but they were saying things like: orphan and child protective organizations are a common place to find distribution of children into trafficking rings. In this particular episode, a cps case worker and the man in charge of the whole cps organization were the ones funneling specific kids (with no other ties) into the trafficking ring.
Its just a show, but if Hollywood writers can think it – its probably already being done.
The Epstein Class probably uses this NDA/payoff tactic…but you cannot erase an execution-level punishment with a pen.

It’s the same thing a lone pedo does. They look for a kid in a single mother household, no father, moms off working, kid is alone, lure the child with gifts, things their mother couldn’t afford, get them to trust you, then abuse them. They target certain children with those grooming tactics.
NDA’a shouldn’t hold up in court regarding crimes.
Countersue! Send a demand letter back and demand an apology from them in writing (maybe anti slapp applies)
It is definitely not in anyone’s interest to suppress this information so their use of the law as a misuse of the law is unwanted. I’m gonna follow up with them myself one day. It’s in the triage list. They should know they won’t be able to outpace the lack of public support that exists for them any longer.

Trade secrets, personal conversations, corporate or political negotiations, I absolutely get.
But if crimes are committed then those pressing charges should be protected from retaliation, including NDA countersuit.

NDAs are null and void when a crime is committed. Those women could still come forward….the NDA’s are not valid IF crimes occurred.

If I were them fuck the NDA when there’s sexual abuse happening. Shit if that were me I’d make a video and at the end I’d tell them have fun coming after me. Because I’m sorry but an NDA shouldn’t still be viable, when a crime is being committed by people giving the NDA to people who signed it. Not to mention NDAs need to be banned everywhere.
