I bartended for a summer at a resort in Glacier National Park Montana. Going to the Sun Highway was always listed as one of the top 5 rides in the US and the summer I bartended we had several chapters of the Hells Angels come thru going to some convention/gather up in Canada. Some of the coolest dudes I met. They came and drank at my bar, treated my girls the cocktail waitresses with respect ,and tipped them well. Had some great conversations about all their different ink. That was an amazing summer.

Now. There are huge diffrences between club culture depending on what club it is. In some clubs when you are a prospect you dont speak unless spoken to first. Other clubs you are encouraged to speak your mind whenever.
