I’m all for stopping this, (as much as I enjoy watching us give Iran some payback)…but the HOW is the issue. We can’t just say, “whoops, our bad”, pull everyone out and think that’s going to end it. I’m afraid our only option at this point is victory, and our job is to determine what it’s going to take to make it a victory and end it…not give aid and comfort to our enemies by showing division in public. So I am asking, what is an acceptable exit strategy that is in the best short and long-term interest of the USA?
So Kent wants America to end our relationship with Israel.
He wants us to end our relationships with Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and all of Europe.
These are the EXACT objectives that China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea want America to pursue.

F that. I’m 47, I spent years in Iraq. I had double hip replacements that ended my service at age 33. I’d GLADLY and eagerly volunteer to fight Iran, get some payback, and still fight for my country regardless of who is President.

Respectfully, your guest, Joe, is incorrect about a few geopolitical issues.
1. Since WW1, the country who controls the oil always wins the war, period. Once a military runs out of oil, their jets, tanks, and ships become expensive paperweights. That’s why the Wall Street Journal recently reported that China has decided to drop their plans to invade Taiwan in light of the Iran War effects on their oil. Russia even asked the U.S. for security assurances in Ukraine (that’s what they call talks to end the war). When Iran topples, the U.S. Will be partnered with the countries that provide nearly half of China’s oil. Trump just made China his little ragdoll. Same with Venezuela–they were vital to China and Russia.
2. Since Iran has been screwing oil prices and is the biggest funder of terrorism in the Middle East, taking them down will do wonders for the U.S. and the world.
3. Trump hates war, which is why they planned this war months in advance to be less than 60 days (he can only attack another country for 60 days without congressional approval). Which means he would never institute a draft.
4. They’re about to take Kharg Island, which is 90% of Iran’s oil exports, meaning Iran will go broke in no time flat. They’re aiming to end this war in the next 2 weeks without boots on the ground except for Kharg and Homuz Islands. Homuz Island will ensure we can intercept any missiles fired at ship passing through the strait.
Basically, since China and Russia wouldn’t back down, Trump’s now regime changing ever country that provides oil to them or that they make oil money off of. He’s wrecking them.
These moves ensure there will be no more large scale wars. If we get a horrible president in office, things could change, of course.
See his leadership in action or hammer roles with his extensive service. But transition from a hammer to national security at home bas d in floval plans, was not his to agree or influence. Seems like global politics inflnfluencing protection of home land was not an attainable transition.
