Signature is R32,000 excluding VAT per event: up to 8 hours on site, photography and video, live posting, 5 reels, up to 80 edited photos, a same-day teaser, and an in-depth recap with a detailed report. The signed quotation confirms precise outputs.
02How do the Always On retainers work?+
Essential is R15,000 per month, Premium R35,000 per month and Elite from R60,000 per month, excluding VAT. Always On and Become the Name have a three-month minimum. Media spend, travel and third-party costs are additional; deliverables and management are scoped.
03Do you travel outside Johannesburg?+
Yes. Travel, accommodation and related third-party costs are quoted separately unless specifically included. Production permissions, access and licensing requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
04What deposit is required?+
A 50% deposit confirms event and bespoke projects unless different written terms are approved. Payment and delivery terms are confirmed in the signed quotation.
05What are the minimum booking levels?+
New-client bespoke work has a R7,500 excluding VAT floor. Fixed editorial products, agency credit banks, and designated Feature and Spark entry products are exempt. Feature is R1,500 per placement and Spark R6,500 per event. Additional photography starts from R5,000.
06Can I book an individual sponsored placement?+
Yes. Feature is R1,500, Enhanced Feature R2,500 and Premium Feature R5,000 per placement, excluding VAT. Interview / Thought Leadership starts from R4,500. Agency banks are separate: 4 credits R4,500, 8 credits R8,500, 15 credits R15,750 and 25 credits R25,000; published validity and exclusions apply.
