I get it, but i also get how its not practical. Use wooden cutting boards for chicken and whatnot and you risk bacterial infections and diseases. Use titanium ones and see how often you have to replace ypur knives. Alot of this healthier living stuff revolves around price. If i was very wealthy, i could afford to eat the healthiest. But I’m not, so i can’t. I feel like that’s the legitimate crux of these arguments. “Why is it so expensive to eat healthy in the richest country in the world?” Shoud be the real question. The answer is that pur government is now a corporation that doesn’t need or care about us.
