Difference between Catholics and Protestants.
Is that Protestants will go where Catholics won’t go to preach the gospel and save people.
Catholics will just stay in the church and think about themselves.
Go to church on sundays and be faithful and righteous everyday just worrying about themselves and dress up in a 3 peace suit and tie .
Protestant will go to church everyday , and be the church and the hands of feet of Jesus Christ everywhere they go . Going to the clubs late night and reaching out to the sinners in the clubs to share to them the gospel. They will go to tv most dangerous places in the world to share the gospel and save people so they can give their life’s to Christ just like the first early Christian’s Jesus disciples did.
Protestant brings the church to you where ever you are and who ever you are just like real Christians soppose to be.
Not. Those who just go to church 1 day out of the week dress up nice and the rest of the week just worrying about themselves and drink alcohol smoke weed at home . Doing nothing for the kingdom of God . No going out to peach and reaching those in need of saving

The founder of Protestantism (Martin Luther) was demon possessed.
The founder of the Catholic Church (Jesus Christ) wasn’t.
That’s the difference.
As an orthodox the church has 2000 years of history beginning with an apostle. Protestants date back to Martin Luther and the biggest issue is without that historical tradition you get 3000 different kinds of Protestantism in America alone. Each one bending the Bible to fit their views instead of bending themselves to fit the Bible.
Anyone who reads the Bible could never be Catholic
Love his attitude but how can you respect the history of the church and tradition but then deny it?
You can only have unity on things that are true. Protestants, Catholics, and Orthodox cannot have unity where there is heresy. Heresy leads to damnation.
In our chaotic world, we forgot what the stakes are for getting theology wrong. Hell waits for all who deny Christ, whether that is compromising the faith in the face of persecution, or more often, if that is a rejection of what His Church teaches in His name.
We can agree to deal with our collective enemies but those who are not with the Truth are against the Truth.
There was one Truth, there IS one Truth, comeback to the Truth protestants. Yall first split cuz of divorce….
Prodistans and Catholics are BOTH wrong. Orthodoxy is the only correct form of Christianity.
Just be a Jesus follower. Don’t follow denominations, practices, rituals, performances, etc. Follow the Bible from beginning to end.
I could only dream that The Baptist Church appreciated the sacraments like The Catholic and Orthodox Church does. However, while I can understand the idea that prophets still came after the Bible, I don’t believe in the canonical basis for all of the books they use. However, at the end of the day, just as they say in the video, we’re all true believers in Jesus Christ.
We don’t agree on the primary…hence the name “protest”

I believe that denominations are created by the enemy. All denominations do is seperate us from one another. Creating division by all of us having slightly differing opinions on how the bible should be translated. I wish everyone could all be united by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If we are all Christ followers then we should be united as such.

I’d rather be divided by truth than united by error. Catholicism adds to the saving work and the mediating work of the Lord Jesus Christ, thus it is wrong & erroneous. That is not a secondary issue… that’s the PRIMARY issue
Any church that forces you to call the leader father is wrong. Jesus literally said never call anyone on earth your father, for yours is in heaven.

He’s never met a real Catholic. Vatican 2 heretics are not Catholics.
The main difference is that one Church was created by Peter, by direct instruction of Jesus Christ, giving them the keys (authority) of Heaven and promising that God would protect it. The other “Church” was man-made, has no authority given by God and is not protected by God.
Matthew 16: “And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven”.
That is why a properly ordained Catholic Priest has the God given authority, through confession, to forgive, in the name of God, the sins committed by a person.
It is the same difference you have between a Rolex made by Rolex in Switzerland, and a “Rolex” made in China. They seem to be similar, but one is original, and the other one is fake.

Protestant church founded in 1517, catholic church founded in 30 AD. I did not watch this whole video and so I may be missing a whole lot of context behind the comment made here but! Why does he even mention the one true church in the Protestant vs Catholic debate when there is no debate? Let’s not forget about why the reformation even happened. The problem is not about who is right as far as unity is concerned. Its about truth.
