I couldn’t disagree more. On mushrooms I accepted everything I saw and went through. At the end I smiled, felt so much peace and walked my dog through the woods feeling one with the universe once again
I believe u can believe Jesus is the answer and still aspire to have healthy habits for ur body, mind and the universe we live in. If u can achieve those goals with or without yoga u will have a rewarding life. Jesus didnโt hate on others for their beliefs, only poor actions got him riled enough to show his violent tendencies as in the money changers at the temple. Love ur neighbors and show them what exactly Jesus has done for ur life thru ur actions and watch them as they start believing too

I don’t agree with this guy. Especially with the persona he is trying to pass off. Either way can be dangerous. It should be tailored to each person and their triggers. Especially how does he compare extreme combat to a lollipop as a child and desire? PTSD/CPTSD are a unnatural adaptation to trauma and/or consistent threat for survival. It alters your state of mind and state of reacting. Triggers can come spontaneously and its a disruption of living peacefully without disruptions and unprepared anatomy reactions. Now, coping skills, counter measures cognitive skills is a process and even moreso a decipline which is already a issue when depression play a role, ADHD, any mental disorders that basically makes you mentally handicapped. Anyhow point is sometimes people need a intervention that is chemically induced to assist them with the starting of a process. Maybe even placebo but no….Not always. Its something we should try instead of self medicating without professional supervision and assistance.

Reading these comments a lot of people don’t know what PTSD is or what it does to your mind. Micro dosaging does help. It also does wonders for pain too. PTSD trains your brain to be in survival mode 24/7
