A tourist possessing weed in Mexico is no joke!! I was in Acapulco with a bunch of buddies on spring break a while back and my roommate got shook-down by Mexican cop because he had a half a joint on him. The cop took 300 cash from out if his wallet and said he’s lucky he isnt going to jail. They threatened to throw him in jail and guaranteed he would not be going home with the rest of us if he spoke anything of it to US or Mexican authorities. It was crazy
