Nobody actually cares about alien life anymore. If they wanted to show themselves, we would have already known before AI and tech made it easily hoaxed. If they exist, we are more than likely exiled as a planet from any real interaction. We are never leaving this place and rightfully so. It isn’t hard to get a job working in Antarctica. It literally isn’t. I currently know 3 people that occasionally take jobs out there. One was ex military (Brother in-law) one I went to school with (works in infrastructure construction) and an associate from a previous job who does inventory. Antarctica isnt some mysterious place. You can take a tour there, you can pick up a job there. There are certain times you just cant visit because of either weather or military operations that involves personnel or scientists.
I listen to this pod and some of his answers were sus, didnt really answer or fave a long answer that didnt make sense. But it was a great interview regardless
