I just finished taking the same test. The test really was hard man. You had to fill in info during a call and pay attention to other details and at the same time you would get notifications you had to answer which service to send within 15 seconds while taking a the separate call and listening to all the details. To top it off every question had multiple right answers but u had to pick the most correct answer about a detail that didn’t even matter
