Grew up down the street from Mel & fam. I used to drive Mr. Chancey home from work when he was older and working at the local park dist. Notice how I called him Mr Chancey? We knew respect. My father was LEO/Chief during this era. Ive seen some shit in my day.

Fun fact. The B-17 Bomber aircraft named “Hells angels” was inspired by the 1930 Howard Hughes aviation film Hell’s Angels. It was suggested by one of the crew member noted that given their dangerous missions, “This is the closest to hell that angels will ever get!”.

C4 has NEVER been used by a civilian to commit a crime in the United States. The only crime that has ever happened with C4 was the government using it against civilians in 1986 and 3 illegal possession charges against service members.
Years ago a friend of mine was dating the brother of the local Hell’s Angels chapter where I’m from in Canada. Ended hanging out at their clubhouse s bunch, good guys as long as you don’t interfere with their business or disrespect them.

One of my best friends ever , was 81. He passed away 4 years ago and I miss him dearly. He helped me get off opiates. Yes, a Hells Angel helped me get OFF the opiates I was taking for the 4 disc herniations and fractured vertebrae I got from an Illegal Alien rear ending me while I was sitting at a red light.

Lived in Rockford my whole childhood. Didn’t know this was the first Hells Angel to die. MC’s up there was nothing to mess with. I remember going to a house party once the Renegades was hosting, meth, Coke, pills, crack. You name it was just laid out on a counter for the using. I was like, 15 at the time. (Friends mom was an old lady). Couldn’t believe it.
