Let’s think of it this way:
Imagine you weren’t allowed to eat sugar. However, whenever you craved sugar, you could have cocaine instead. Would you be okay with that?
It’s like being told you can’t have your old, cheap car but can have a Lamborghini Urus instead—you’d probably say yes without hesitation.
Now, what if, in the future, there were a drug or substance that made you feel high or incredibly good with no negative consequences? And you could feel that way all the time—would you still crave sugar?
Now consider Bryan. He already has that “high” simply by sleeping well and maintaining good health. If you could feel amazing just by being in optimal health, why would you need substances like sugar, alcohol, or high-calorie foods? You’re already above that.
