You put baking soda in the REFRIDGERATOR, not freezer.. It is a base…so it will counter acidic compounds that are volitile… Which is what makes food spoil and cuses bad odor. But, honestly, Charcoal would work better… if bad fridge smells are an issue for you…

When my truck gets to a 1/4 of a tank I consider that empty. So before it gets to 1/4 of a tank I fill it up.
