You can’t eat a dog that dies from old age. You need to harvest the animal between the ages of 2 to 6.
The meat of a dog after the age of 6 is terrible. To properly prepare the dog before harvest you must deprive it of food and water for atleast 2 days. 3 hours before slaughter feed it dry rice ( two cups) in a bowl of water. Do not disembowe until cooked. Once its cooked you cut open stomach and you will have perfectly cooked rice to serve with the meat. Absolutely delicious
