There’s no 3rd term.
How are we supposed to trust you after you start it off with innacurate information. The maximum number of years someone can be president is 10 years, not 12.
Stop perpetuating drama
Obama proved that a 3rd term is pretty simple to get.
Yeah, no, anyone who isn’t eligible to run as president can’t run as vice president. The only way for a third term is to be appointed as Secretary of State or President pro tempore of the Senate, and then have the president, vice president, and Speaker of the House resign, read the 12th Amendment, and the Presidential Succession Act, even that is dubious at best.
It’s 10 years not 12 years. That is after 2 years the sitting President has to step down or is unable to do the job. The Vice President takes over and becomes President for those two years. The vice president then can get elected two more times. If the vice president takes over for more than 2 years then he can only be elected once.
This was because of FDR. Dying in office after all of those years as President, they passed the 22nd Amendment. They wanted to close the unwritten rule of Presidents not doing more than two terms as Washington had alluded to back in the beginning. The chances are very slim that President Trump will be given the okay to serve another term. It will be the 22nd amendment that would be cited as making him disqualified.
he should read the constitution… he cant be in any office that in succession of the president.
So just keep running as the 2nd option then get the 1st option to resign or make them resign then you just rinse and repeat

Well that guys an idiot. That scenario is accounted for. If a president serves more than half of his predecessors term it counts as 1 of his 2 terms. There is NO legal way he can serve a 3rd term. Zero.
Here’s another scenario. 2020 voter fraud is ramping up. More and more proof is being found. If enough evidence is proven, it could go to Supreme Court and even on state level, and if evidence is so overwhelming, everyone could deem trump was the victor and he could have his dually elected 2020 spot but in 2028…just sayin

I’m a independent I like smaller government. I like people to have their own rights as long as they don’t press those rights to me. Everyone is allowed to be their own person. But overall, I’m sick and tired of seeing the rules get bet for many people that tend to be at the top 1% or at least 10% of this country. Seriously what the fuck they don’t feel any of the pain we’re feeling with this rat war right now… They’ve never will… They could pay to get out of whatever. Most… Middle Aka now lower middle class people have to pay a deal with all of it. I don’t know. I just don’t see this working out well at the moment.

Inaccurate, it is worded that you can serve 2 terms. The correct answer is 10 years. Technically 9 and 364 days. Because as clear as day it says 2 terms, but like you say if your president when your vice president dies you can take over the term, as long as they got credit for the full term 2 years 1 day
