When I was 17 hanging out at the marine recruiter office the recruiters would be hanging out then stop out of nowhere and run to the door, first time I’m like “are they getting robbed? Who robs a recruiters office”
Lmao nah, they were next door to the navy recruiters and would run outside to call kids pussies for joining the Navy lmfao
“Hey kid where you going? To the pussy office? Get your ass over here. Oh, you want to be a seal huh? Yeah you’re not passing and you’ll be stuck on a shit boat for 4 years wishing you had joined the men’s department. I’ll make you recon and you’ll be better than a seal get your ass in here”

My 1st toy were those green little soldiers. You couldn’t tell kid me I wasn’t going to be a soldier. 😂😂
What would we do without men. My high school sweetheart would take me and do donuts on the school lawn ripping it to shreds in a piece of shit car the door would swing open and he would catch me with one arm so I wouldn’t fly out them made it close shut and hold the door closed while he continued to scare the crap out of me. One of the best memories of being with a crazy man. And yup he joined the military and sacrificed his body and time with our small family. He was hardly home we were over seas different country we did this for years. Now he is retired and his body hurts him every day and he wouldn’t change a thing.
The softest branch has the hardest most fierce spec ops program.
It’s kind of funny.
I think it’s to inject tough guys into the Navy and when they fail buds the naval fleet gets to take em and bolster the ranks with tough spec ops drop outs
I was 15 years old when “Star Ship Troopers” came out. I joined the infantry right after high school and graduated 11bravo basic training 6/2001’. The movie felt like a recruiting video and I totally fell for it. Proud to say I’m going to have a son this July and for all I know he will actually be a space marine 😅
I did a lot of things in life because people said I couldn’t do it. It’s a young person’s mindset though. I’m now 41 and couldn’t care less if someone said I couldn’t do something now lol
