Iโm 44 years old now. When I was in middle school/high school I discovered Adam Sandler on SNL and it was love at first sight lol. I had the biggest crush and I watched all his movies, bought his CDs, had posters- the works. As I grew up I showed my kids his movies and we enjoyed watching them together. Itโs so cool all this time later hearing about how absolutely awesome this dude is. I love that heโs like the nicest and most humble person on Earth and just a genuinely great guy.
Iโm going through one of the most challenging portions of my life. Taken a grueling job outdoors pushing carts to keep the mortgage paid. Both before and after work, what keeps me sane are Adam Sandler movies.
A ton of people know how to do it. It’s a matter of finding motivation or just doing it. Sometimes it’s not so easy to just do.

Sandman, you have gotten me through some of the worst moments muscular dystrophy can throw at a human being. I will never forget going to the ER with Rhabdomyolisis and the nurse asking how I over did it and ripped my abdominal muscles open….I was laughing to keep from crying. Happy Gilmore, Little Nicky, 50 first, anger management, Uncut gems, I have seen every single movie you have made almost and I can not thank you for your work. Having a nurse look back up at me to say “can I change your socks” was one of the funniest moments of my life dude. That is the power of comedy, you have someone in the ER because laughing was the best medicine but I OD’d on you and someone brings the whole thing full circle with one of your lines from Mr. Deeds. That is how you bring joy to the world and make an impact by being silly. Keep taking yourself as seriously as you do, you are the best man. Also? You look fine dude. We wouldnt know if you were cut or had a belly because you wear the same thing even when you are RIPPED dude. We don’t know you feel out of shape because you always look the same. Like the dude we love to laugh with. Thanks dude, keep up the good work. Or quit. Your mark has been left on this world and it is one of laughter and compassion and humility. You will be remembered forever for that.

Iron maiden rules live shows!! I’d love to see them again. I saw them in the late 80’s and never had more fun at a show. What an amazing band to play live better than the recordings for so long!
