They planned all of this when they brought in the “Patriot Act”, “Homeland Security ” etc. after 9/11. And I would say that it was in the works way before then and I suspect they had a very big hand in the attack.
We created ISIS, it was never about spying on them it was about spying on us, I find that excusing or trying to rationalize why these nefarious people or groups do what they do is un-necessary. They want to crush or will, control or movement and stack and pack us in cities.
