OJ was guilty but he was framed. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. If they had just used the evidence that was real he would have been convicted. OJ’s lawyers proved the police planted evidence. Reasonable doubt applies. The jury followed the law and acquitted him. They knew he did it but the cops were dirty and gave the jury Reasonable doubt. PERIOD

The “System” is unstoppable. People talk about Deep State corruption at higher levels of Gov, but unfortunately this type of $h!โง happens at local levels more often than one would like to hope… Human factor is everywhere, there are no Saints out there. On a positive note, we came a long way from a Wild West to the current system ๐, so hopefully it gets better as time goes by, and there are more fighters and patriots like most of the guests on JRE, otherwise we are deeply ยฃยฅโฌ|

This was BY FAR one of the most interesting podcasts Iโve seen on this channel. I could not stop listening.
I think the good ole boys club were so intimidated by JD. He had us (his residents) best issues at heart. He worked hard. Did he make a mistake? Yeah but who doesn’t? The good he did for our county far outweighed anything else. He has heart! He fights for what’s right!!!

Some don’t realize that if you are sent to prison and it isn’t proven you were guilty, you shouldn’t be in prison. Especially if it is found out that the witness testimony gets paid to turn you in. There can’t be incentive to turn someone in without other physical proof that you are guilty. The way they explain this case, it could be one of the four are guilty of the crime. Could be 3 of the 4 are guilty. Seems likely the one guy couldn’t have been involved. The witness that says he saw it happen, has come out and said he lied. So what do we do to fix this issue? Some think because one freed person went on to kill someone we should NEVER release anyone convicted wrongly?
This is why we have the justice system. It is the job of the prosecution to without any REASONABLE DOUBT prove the person is guilty. The defense tries to disprove any evidence or show any evidence that shows reasonable doubt. The idea behind the justice system is that 10 guilty people should go free before one innocent person goes to prison. Another example is imagine someone has to defend themselves using their gun they are carrying. They shoot someone but also hit someone else. Should they be charged with man slaughter of the innocent person? Should we just go oh well wrong place, wrong time? What if they are a drug dealer but wasn’t doing anything to that person? Where do we draw the line for justice?
