Most of us are in the solitary confinement of our minds. What we see here is a masterclass on how a human can overcome his self. Most “free” people are so far from these achievements because we are confortable trapped in the mouse wheel of our minds living as an image of ourselfs, in too much movement and distractions. Shaka needed prison time for this Amazing work. I’m deeply touched and full of respect

We all need that. Don’t matter what your color is. We need to hear these stories. It’s inspirational… This kind of talk helps more people than you can know. Great Podcast!

The “no snitching” culture is the stupidest thing on earth.
I’ve noticed a lot of folks in the comments seem to have missed the beginning, like right off the bat he spoke about being raised in an abusive home and then turning to the streets at a young age. Yes selling crack, but using the money to buy chocolate milk. I experienced trauma at a young age my father died in front of me in a dirt bike crash. Kids who are lacking stable nurturing parents turn to the streets. This dudes childhood was robbed of him the moment it began. He seems genuine and I have faith in Christ that he is on a good path. I pray he is.

It is crazy to me that Joe can have violent criminals on his podcast and give them his platform to sit there and act as if they are the victim of their decisions, not the people that they hurt. No one forced you to sell drugs or murder. It was a decision you made and you’re actions hurt other people, you don’t get to sit there and act as if its anyone’s fault but your own. Be a man.
