36:39 It makes sense though honestly. I didn’t get into breathing/meditation/chakras any of that until way late in life but I wish I started way younger. I am in the best shape I have been since I was a teenager though not sure how much that has to do with it, maybe more than I realized. I tend to treat mental/physical/spirtual kind of separate. I know they compliment each other though I guess it make sense to cross train with them. I’m going to try it! 😅
