I feel terrible for our younger generation of men. Who have found an older brother in Joe Rogan. What a louse he is to have such a bad effect on this generation of young men.
Every time I think you are amazing , you always say something so freaking stupid that it just blows away all your greatness showing ignorance at the highest level . Maybe it’s your guests ? I don’t know , but I expect you to research the subject of your shows to the better degree than your guests .
On the thing with the eyes I noticed that with me as well. I’m not taking vitamins but I changed my diet completely. I’m a truck driver and I was right on edge the last time I got my physical for needing glasses to get my CDL physical. Then I changed my diet completely started going more carnivore cut out soda and high sugars and corn syrup. I cut all of that out I mean zero soda. I go 2 years later for my physical. My eyesight improved all the way to 20/16 which is better than 20/20 and 2 years prior I was on the edge of needing glasses. Your diet is the most important thing for your health. Second is exercise and that is incredibly important as well
