Im learing a lot from this ep
The thing about Asian countries, especially the ones in this child crisis, is that they are extremely high density population-wise. So, in terms of population of humans, it is OK for them to slow down the reproduction rate, because the assumption would be that everyone is talking about it and people will eventually course correct and return to the mean. The bigger problem with it will be economic, because all modern day Capitalism figures and dynamics are based on the way they are around the world with it’s 2% inflation target and so on. There will be a crash of statistics in that aspect. Otherwise, densily populated areas should slow down their birth rate back to the norm eventually and back up again after they slow down. Normal stuff human behavioral dynamics seen here. Carry on.
