me, i would sign the most things that Mr. Tommy Wood said, he understands whats behind the whole thing, when for example, ppl have ADHD and what to do and how it works to work with that, plus, as i see, he sees the same issues as i personally do, that is a problem to reach the goal for ppl to get well and normal again, it wont be done with “getting the children fit, by letting them exercise, this is ofc a heal, but that wont lead to a final cure of the ppl. We are surrounded by bad ppl, the richest ppl, who dont purchase money from a clear thinking and healthy mind, they want you to stay sick! The deep sh*t state thing, their end, will bring healthy ppl and peace to the surface! “The system” does not want that, even if we get healthy (think about the normal average ppl) they will be drown back again to keep the system up… As long as ppl live under that sh*t, there wont be really healthy ppl… much thanks to you for such guests, once again! Most people dont even have more than a handful of real friends if even one.
They are all lost themselves so they dont just have an ultramarathon runner friend to just go with them.
I try to get people to do good things for themselves and they give you every reason why it is hard.

Thank you for bringing in a very smart real scientist. I learned a lot.
It’s not that people don’t now how to workout it’s that they don’t have the time to.
When I was unemployed I would stretch and work out and that would be 2 hours,
then I would walk around my national park that was 14km for 2 and a half hours.
After I would get home and bbq some chicken thighs and eat it with some broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with cheese on the veggies. That would be another 1 hour.
I went from 240 to 178 pounds but soon as I started working again 10 hour shifts I didn’t have any energy for exercise and eating healthy so I gained it all back I’m currently 228
All in all it take hours for proper nutrition and exercise to show any type of gain or improvement, heck I wish I was paid to exercise cause I would be cut up!
