RFK Jr was planning to blow the doors off of the stuff added that is 💯 bad, fortified flour, fluoride in water, other synthetics and all he did was come down a little bit on dye and Tylenol.

The problem with those supplements is. You should be taking certain supplements with certain foods. Like take omega 3 and vitamin e with meat. Vitamin b and c and d with carbs. For example. Taking them all at once is not good.
