27:30 I disagree with Joe Rogan on that makes no sense. So what if a striker setup and landed a punch and chicken dance their opponent. Does it start with the striker punching their opponent one time before the round start because their opponent has very low striking output. Because the striker had the advantage and their opponent was saved by the bell.Does the the round start with the jujitsu guy that had an armbar about to tap their opponent , start with an armbar. Makes no sense every round is a different chapter to the whole fight. That’s what makes fighting compelling.

So…the only way to stop people from extreme weight cutting is to say for example every athlete has to be 12% to 15% body fat and have a hydration level of 45% to 75% at weigh ins. That would be a more ”natural healthy” weight. Would need to add a DEXA scan and hydration test with the weigh ins.

1- they are well hydrated
2- they won’t be able to cheat by cutting weight.
