Most kids nowadays don’t have a way to release their energy and everybody just fills them with pills to control their mind and energy levels. He’d help children drastically just by helping children burn their energy off and gain discipline with martial arts.

Thats the best influencer advice ive ever heard. HELP. We all need to help eachother more. Stop coming up with reasons to not help eachother. Dont help to be seen, help just to help. Ive turned to this in the last few years and im a much happier man.
