Gen Z is the first generation in 150 years to be dumber than the last. The IQ, memory, and literacy skills are all lower. They are also less driven and motivated. In a fact driven nutshell.

Oh my GAWD… No. That’s a complete misread of Gen Z. They are missing emotional intelligence COMPLETELY. They do have certain skills that we don’t, but that lack of fear is 100% also lack of respect…. NONE of them have ever experienced true consequences, and they can usually talk their way out of it and justify their actions based on their own set of messed up morals.

I dealt with alot of gen z when I was in the military he is absolutely wrong and incorrect on everything he said about them. He may have had the one in a million but all the ones I dealt with made you question how big of a bitch the military is going to be in 10yrs. I have slowly watched it go down and it isnt turning around. Fix the fuking issues in boot camp like they used to! Stop letting everyone thru because of their color or sex it has only fuking ruined the military. When you have to relax standards to allow women to pass certain programs or lower grade scores on the asvab just to get more colors in then your focused on the wrong shit!

My nephew is GEN Z. they’re very cocky in whatever situations. Like I can get with that girl so easily, lift heavier and more weights, they have a lot of energy physically and mentally but not spiritually. Overall GEN Z doesn’t have enough of life’s knowledge & wisdom. So when they hit their 30s, I bet they’ll be humbled and whatnot?
It helps that their authority figures, millennials, are far more secure than their own authority figures, early born gen x’ers were.

I worked Military police for the marine corps. I want to believe this dude had a stellar young man in front of him, cuz buddy, gen z is NOT combat effective. They are lazy and cowardly. Roll over at the slightest sign of aggression.

Idk.. hard to tell from an organization that continually only seeks the best group of sailors with like a 70% or more dropout rate from each BUDS class. The best 20% of 150 trainees would probably be some of the best people in any generation.
