Signal wasn’t broken. The flaw is in iOS notification system. The way to stop this issue is to go into Signal and turn off name and content in notifications.

That is an OPSEC ERROR- USER ERROR. If you message the wrong person, you’re an idiot. Shawn thinks it’s a problem with signal (or any app) and the app should somehow read your mind and know that you’re about to message the wrong person.
