Another way to look at it…all that that capability to store, manage, maintain, enrich uranium is expensive…if you’re the world’s #1 state sponsor of terrorism those dollars buy and fund a lot of proxies, or a lot more drones, or a lot more of all kinds of bad things that they actually do use and do not have an endless supply of.

Israel didn’t call it a nuclear threat, Iran stated it themselves AND the nuclear commission advised they were further along to nuclear bomb development than the Ayatollah led everyone to believe.

Netanyahu said Trump initiated the conversation and Trump has not denied that recollection. The Iranians did not have an official prohibition on nuclear weapons. Khamenei’s fatwa, or religious opinion, that nuclear weapons were not permissible in Islam, was made in the early 2000s, though never issued in written form. Khamenei reiterated it in 2019. So, the rhetoric there was only for those willings to believe that those thugs would always be truthful. The fatwa was simply a placation to buy time. The Iranian thugs have been constantly developing the technology to possess nuclear weapons. Now we see their long range missiles, that they say did not exist, actually do exist. Not to protect from invasions but to threaten and extort. We know from their % of enrichment that the nuclear components in their possession was only for a nuclear weapon. I understand what line moved. I don’t understand why Iranians are allowed to enrich uranium when other countries cannot past a certain percentage. If you’re enriching uranium for power plants it’s gotta be like 5-10%. Weapons have to be way higher. But why would a country be looking to get more and more enrichment? 60-70% is way higher than necessary without having weapons as the end goal.
