Next thing you have some girls to add to the picture a few fights with some bad asses , then a murder charge , life just got extremely complicated. Some people need to pass on that nice cold beer and have a healthy smoothie or a great cappuccino, espresso , or a Brio , you can drive your bike or car , and you don’t have to look over your shoulder , life can be exciting and a lot of free things to do . Just that beer , starts a lot of un needed bull shit . Take care and help each other , we all can use a good friend in this life . Imagine how things can spiral out of control when alcohol takes your life over , it’s preventable and I hate intoxicated behavior. I am very sorry if I offended any drinkers out there , some can handle it but some it’s not the way .

Physical pain from the broken ribs is unbearable and pain medication is necessary
Tylenol is what I took this morning for physical pain.
I was at the Emergency Room from about 11AM to about 8PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 and I wasn’t awake for most of what occurred
The paramedics and ambulance was here yesterday morning on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 because I fell on the floor and couldn’t get up. I wasn’t awake when I was put in the ambulance yesterday
I fell down on the floor on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 and I don’t know why I fell down
I am slowly walking around my home, taking cautious steps because of ongoing discomfort.
This morning, I got out of bed and carefully moved from my bedroom to the bathroom, mindful of my injury.
Dealing with physical pain from a broken rib while moving around or using the bathroom is both upsetting and frustrating, as it limits my mobility and comfort.
The pain caused by the broken rib is severe and stabbing, often worsening with each breath or movement. Enduring six weeks of this persistent ache will be very challenging, affecting my daily life and sleep.
