If someone is not a citizen and they have been paying taxes for years, that tax money should go to the cost of becoming a citizen.

Stocks and investments as you know it becaue they were tired of things like the Panic of 1825 and then the Crisis of 1827, these crisis (later called Depressions and Recessions as to not scare people…) happened all the time before the Civil War. Until the “Union” was made whole. The Union nor the Homeland have a Constitution however these United States of America do.
