10 mins in, I’ve been practicing lucid dreaming for ~ 5 years. my trigger is not being able to use technology (cell phone/computer). I have more but comment length. Once you pick triggers you keep practicing until you can recognize the trigger in the dream and not wake up. Once you can do that, learn to change small things, been doing that for awhile now. IDK if you could get to the point of fully controlling a dream. i also have something close by the bed to take notes as soon as i wake up, some of my notes look like a mad man wrote them. yeah shits cool, thanks.
