Out of all the wars the US has started and fought, why couldn’t Egypt be one of them, I would be totally ok with us invading and occupying Egypt for the purpose of preserving the pyramids, along with any other archeologically significant sites. They have been terrible stewards of such an important piece of HUMAN history, not just Egyptian history.
