Never heard of this nutritional expert and I have studied the subject in school the last 2 years
I don’t really disagree with what this guy is saying. But there is something awkward, about the way he gets to each thought, it’s almost as if he’s unsure of his beliefs. The conviction isn’t there.. even Joe was waiting patiently most of the episode for him to get to the point.

I have done every supplement I sware on the planet….and they keep coming up with more. After 30 + years I have found that beef gelliten has probably made my digestive track so happy. For years I have had acid reflux and with that came ppi’s and mal absorption of vitamins it seems the gelliten really helps heal my stomach. I do also take Creatine but it did nothing to fix my gut.
Chris Masterjohn is a master human ! Curiosity, a real scientist, passion, humility, love. We need more human like him ! This guy changed my life and I’ve changed life of other people because of him !

Been taking creatine since 1990’s , continuously. So glad. Also researched cholesterol about 20 years ago and discovered that cholesterol is vital for life, and the higher it is the less likely you’ll get any disease, but especially cancer and dementia, and longevity is directly related to high cholesteol. I never drank the pharma kool-aid, and it’s paid off in spades

Sounds like everyone should just make sure yoga asana is party of thwir daily nutrition routine…inversions (upside down) brings fresh blood flow to the areas and releive pressure. I use for colds and headaches. I wonder about professional equestrian riders & their brain health 🤔 reading/puzzles I avoid like the plague…sh*t I gotta get on that 😅

the barrier to entry of cycling is a lot lower than the barrier to entry of pole vaulting. Also, people are going to be a lot more incentivized to take stuff like EPA when they are cycling, as the endurance enhancing drugs make a much larger difference. When the Russians got caught with the doping scandal, the only group that did not improve from doping were the ice skaters. I would argue that ice skating is probably very similar to gymnasts in the precision they require.

For Thanksgiving, I was grateful for having autumn/winter darker hours and deeper rest and recovery.
I started Creapure (German Creatine Monohydrate) about 6 months ago since my weight training wasn’t building much visible muscle.
I started with a pinch of Creapure /day and gradually increased to 5g over 2 weeks to avoid abdominal distress some people get. Also increased water intake to 80 oz /day.
It was pretty successful.
My biceps got bigger from water weight but also my power in lifting became explosive after 3 weeks.
I was able to increase my weights gradually like a 30 or 40 year old.
Now I’ve been doing deep squats, barbell chest presses and standing overhead presses of 30 lbs and increasing reps or weight regularly.
I do ab crunches with a 25 lb weight plate with overhead press as I sit up.
Doing hip thrusts with dumbells.
Also doing Farmers Walk/Carry with 25 lb dumbells alternate days.
Also getting outdoors daily during noon hour.
Getting a much more stable core and chest, much stronger.
Creatine gives me much better muscle recovery.
Chris is the GOAT!!! He deserves more recognition. Literally a living legend.

I was taking creatine for the past 3 months and ran out for the past week or so and just been feeling extra tired and sleepy and my bench press at the gym was down 20 pounds and my head hurts kinda. I’m taking creatine monohydrate. Can anyone else relate?
