I live and hunt in western Montana, the first time it snowed this year I crossed paths with 7 sets of grizzly tracks through the snow in the first mile of hiking. (I hunt in a particularly well know grizzly area) I hadn’t actually seen one in person until last year. But since I seen my first last year I have seen a half dozen or so since, something will have to be done soon I imagine

I went hunting and fishing a handful of times my life and have never enjoyed it one time . In fact I hated it just for the very fact kill him made me feel more sad than happy. Trust me I’ll eat it everyday in fact but actually killing him myself no prefer to pay for it period I had no enjoyment pulling the trigger or even reeling a one in

As a flooring installer of 12 years, last year I thought I was going to have to quit because my knee was just not getting better and after weeks I still couldn’t use it at all.

Wyoming let’s us use hounds and are very smart about management of the lion population. Certain areas have only a quota of 10 lions and other areas that have no limit year round. Think about how many litters a barn cat will have. Lions are the same. Plus when you have a well managed area you don’t have to kill the lions. You can tree and free just to run the dogs to get them out of the house.
The hunting episodes are so dull to me, hearing guys talk about hunting, you’ve heard a couple you’ve heard them all.

People that don’t hunt need to understand that you need different tactics for different species. Hunting a prey animal such as deer ,elk, hog,moose, antelope, etc is way way way different than hunting a animal predator such as bears, lions, wolf, etc. it’s is two totally different worlds.

Seeing firsthand a predator hunt and kill a prey is one of the coolest things to see. I’ve watch a falcon chase down a small bird and eat it. You could see the fear in its eyes. I’ve also seen a seagull get clam and find a way to crack its shell then eat it. That was pretty cool too
If you watch a lot of wild animals hunting in Africa, they eat from the rear and underside first
