After doing taxes this year I’m pretty pissed. Had a heath crisis all year so no income in family and can’t collect disability. Wife picked up part time job eventually because I can’t take care of the two kids well yet. So when wife would go to work family would come over to watch kids. She doesn’t make a lot, just going though savings. Sucked not getting that child tax credit to help us or the American credit. I did some research and Biden administration didn’t have the $2,500 requirements. Pretty disappointed in this.

Fire Chiefs don’t hire I’m 6’6 in shape I wanted to be a firefighter when I was 18. Unfortunately I wasn’t a graduate. But what’s graduate I know people that dont know English but they graduated. I know people that were in special classes that don’t know s*** they graduated.

I went to visit my old neighborhood in Los Angeles. Where I grew up during most of my childhood. I remember how disgusting the four or five blocks between my elementary school, home, and park was. I thought I would be expecting the same when I went to visit last year.
Well I showed my wife the area. She couldn’t believe how nice it looked. She thought I was describing the worst parts of the current city we live in now. I was shocked myself. My neighborhood made a really good effort cleaning up. The school looked a little bit more beat up, but everything else looked great.
That being said, I decided to look at the prices of the homes in that area. In my state, a 400k home is about 1.2m where I grew up.
Los Angeles is literally a real life GTA now
