Kevin Fraser’s “Heart of the World” Tour Kicked Off in Pretoria
Ex South African comedian and entertainer Kevin Fraser has kicked off his highly anticipated “Heart of the World” tour across Southern Africa.
The tour’s opening night in Pretoria last Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Barnyard Theatre Menlyn, set an incredible tone for what promises to be a memorable journey.
Known for his unique blend of stand-up comedy, dance, and performance skills, Fraser has built a massive following both locally and internationally.
The “Heart of the World” show is more than just comedy; it is described as a “pilgrimage into the chaos, character, and soul” of Africa, delivered with his signature quirk, well-known impersonations, and playful take on everyday South African life.
A Night of Laughter and ‘Gees’
Fans in Pretoria experienced a night of laughter and “gees” as Kevin shared his humorous take on a wide range of topics, from ‘city Karens’ and taxi drivers, Biltong and Game Drives, and the art of making a Braai. The show also features a song created by the talented singer Siki Jo-An, a finalist from The Voice SA, who collaborated with Fraser on a song for the production.
