I’m not a fan of Rogan’s comedy but I do like the podcast. Maron sounds bitter that the politics he likes arent received how he sees them. The jokes aren’t aimed at the individual, they’re jokes at the media and establishment pushing the agenda, where was he when people he disagreed with were getting shut down.
Maron is/was/always will be the definition of hack. No wonder Patrice hated him and berated him constantly.

Basically when the woke movement was hijacked by cry babies who clearly only cared about getting attention and not the actual cause, I think these comedians were right in criticizing and even just being offensive honestly.

Been a fan of Rogan podcast for years now and he’s the reason I got into Bobby and Andrew and (countless others). He’s funny on his podcast. His standup is pretty bad but I don’t need watch or enjoy his standup to enjoy his podcast. I don’t listen to everyones stand up either I think podcast are a better medium for comedy. The jokes in the heat of the moment are the best!.
After all the years of bad friends they have a guest that makes a critical comment about comedians punching down and people turn crazy. It’s like the spirit of comedy, beeing critical of authorities and the elite of society, has been lost and replaced with bullying the weakest of society. “It’s funny because he’s gay” has become the standart for mainstream comedy and that’s concerning.

Before you say anything have you ever actually seen any of his comedy “specials”, he’s pretty much the male version of Amy Schumer. Saying he’s a comedian is just an insult to comedy itself.
