I just got a new .308, bought 200 rds of federal 175 match rounds and started plinking. My far stand is at 200 and theres a massive pile of poplar logs stacked up to act as a stop. Ill be damned if that .308 didnt slip right through the 18 inch round like it was made of soap. I can only imagine the 277 does it easier.
