No. Too many women with breast cancer after taking the hormones. I find it difficult to stomach this.
In early 40ties. Tried HRT, it wrought havoc on my body and caused me to develop ovarian cysts that would rupture every month, which, for those who don’t know is 11/10 pain, immune to even narcotic painkillers. Now they put me birth control to suppress ovulation and new cysts forming and the bc is triggering severe anxiety, depression, fatigue, mood swings. I had none of this before. There was nothing to fix. I was just a foolish woman who listened to people like this lady saying you gotta start HRT in a certain age window. Stupid stupid me. Please pray for me to get better.

Rubbish. Women dont need HRT. Loss of those hormones is natural with age part of the cycle of a womans life. Reproductive system winds down. Nature knows best. Why replace hormones that nature has designed to drop off with age. Women in Eastern counties like Japan and India dont take HRT because they dont generally get the same menopause symptoms. Why? Their diet . Western diet is full of crap.

I can trace my ancestry back several hundred years and can guarantee none of the women took HRT, which didn’t even exist. My maternal grandmother was a country woman who lived to 98 years. Her 4 sisters also lived well into their late 80s & 90s.
My mother was on HRT and got breast cancer. Then she was declared cancer free after five years. Then she got the Covid vaccine and boosters. Three months after that the cancer came back aggressively.
Big Pharma is nothing more than a corporation in bed with food producers that are making people sick and all for profit!! They’re all in on it. It’s genocide for money!!
I’m 66, no HRT. My sisters are the same. Diet, exercise, staying active.
Our ancestors ate healthy, wholesome, non toxic food and no HRT.

Doesn’t she just contradict herself in saying it was a fraudulent study then subsequently states they used a synthetic estrogen back then which now we have a safer option for women… so what does she mean by fraudulent.

Not all ladies need HRT.
Took HRT for a short while age 47 and then just didn’t bother. I am 75 and pretty healthy. I question putting anything synthetic into my body. My rec: no smoking, vaping/ minimum alcohol/ no sugar (I use trivia)/ no seed oils/ I use butter/EVOO/Avocado oil or Coconut oil/ eat real food.

Real life here. Family line of no breast cancer. Ever. No one took hormones. My mother took bio identical hormones for the last 25 years and got breast cancer. What do we expect when we’re trying to play God?
Is that tge silimar type estrogen tgat was originally pushed in the early push of the birth control pill?
